Barnes Art Ball is the Barnes’ annual donor gala to raise funds for programming. Each year the event is tied to a special exhibition, and has a bespoke identity to promote the event.

2022
This year was centered around the Modigliani Up Close exhibition, and celebrated the centennial of the Barnes. 






2021
This year featured the Suzanne Valadon exhibition and featured customized typography.




2020
This year’s event was fully virtual, was not centered around an exhibition, and utlized animation as a main design element.





2019
This year was celebrating Matisse’s birthday and the Barnes’ 30 Americans exhibition. This system used a variable typeface and brightly colored paper inspired by Matisse’s palette.
